丸尾末广日本漫画家，于1956年1月28日，生长在长崎县的岛原市。中学毕业后，十五岁便到东京生活，经过连番职业上的更易转替，最后在1980年终于以《缎带骑士》冒出漫画家的身分来。他除了绘画及插图外，同时隶属于「东京伟大木偶戏团」，以演员身分活跃其中。他曾说自己的兴趣是在晚上的墓地中散步，著作有《蔷薇色的怪物》、《梦的Q－Saku》、《DDT》、《少女唾沫》、《臆想狂明星》等等。
